Upon preliminary Government approval, confederation's lawyer completes the property purchase transaction
Applicant and his family obtain permanent residency
Process takes just 6-8 months

Application Process - Step 2

Family maintains permanent residency for 5 years
Confederation's Cyprus lawyer submits application for naturalization / citizenship to the Cyprus Government
Applicant must prove that he still owns bank accounts and property in Cyprus, and still has a sufficient international income
Naturalization / Citizenship process takes 14-15 months
Confederations' Lawer will apply for family's passports
Cyprus passports allow the family to travel, live and work throughout the European Union
