Requirements

• Immigrants must invest at least $500, 000 in a U.S.-based business
• Minimum investment of $500, 000 plus $90, 000 management fee:

$70, 000 is due upon the start of your case
$100,000 is due within 2 months
$400, 000 is due within Approximately 6 months after your application for permanent residency (Green Card) is approved by the United States government

Your $500,000 investment will be invested in projects for five to six years. You may invest in projects as a shareholder, or you may lend your investment to designated projects.

Timeline
The whole process will take approximately between 12 to 18 months, depending on the nationality and the source of fund of each applicant.
